Based on the novel of
the legendary writer Ismat Chughtai Pari is an extraordinary story of ordinary
human relations. Having lost his parents early in life Mohsin sacrifices his
life to raise two siblings Ahsan and Rubi and a child adopted by the family Pari.
Mohsin’s aunt Khala jaan wants him to marry her daughter Riffat who is madly in
love with Mohsin. Ahsan is drawn to Pari. An otherwise decent and graceful
Mohsin can’t understand his infatuation for Pari...he can’t understand his
ambivalent emotions for a girl far younger than him and openly in love with his
own son like younger brother...but being mortal he can’t help it!
